How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Peoxyvote Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Peoxyvote Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, first raise it with the provider and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Peoxyvote Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Steps to Submit
Email contact@peoxyvote.monster and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write to Us
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
